You can't go wrong with Steve Ayers Home Repair. They are what contractors are suppose to be but so few work as hard and are as good as these guys. Steve was at my house every morning and every evening inspecting our home and making sure things got done right! He was very accessible, responsive and knowledgeable. He was sensitive to our schedule and got everything done on time. Most days he worked on the job too. This company completely transformed the look of our home. Everything is so well done. I just can't recommend them enough. I'm going to book him for windows and a pergola next year. These guys are your "go to" experts for exterior work!

I needed new siding and hired them to replace the siding on the house and paint the house and detached garage. They showed up on time, but did not work very late into the day. My window screens are a little different than most, are are attached to the wooden outside frame of the house. When they replaced the siding around the windows, they did not consider the screens and the old screens did not fit. They made new ones, but the new ones have up to one inch gaps along the sides, thus they are nearly worthless. They also replaced our outside light without consulting me (the old one worked great), and that light lasted about a month. They also tried to bill me for undiscussed expenses (screens, light, and leftover paint). I told them they could pick all that stuff back up, but they let me keep them. Not happy with the service at all, even though the siding was acceptable.
