We hired Paul Bilbro's company to remodel a bathroom in our 41 year-old tract home and to deconstruct a deteriorated deck then reconstruct same but slightly larger and with more modern materials. Paul listened carefully to what we envisioned as the outcomes from these projects, made insightful and useful suggestions to enhance the projects, and brought the projects to fruition in a way totally satisfactory to us. His work in both cases was of excellent quality, the projects were done in a very timely way, his initial cost estimates were right on target at the end, and his fees were very reasonable.
