"Hi [Member name], We are disappointed to hear that you don’t feel your project was managed correctly. We do recognize that the final price of the project increased from the original proposal, however the bulk of the price increase came from changes in the scope of work per your request. We do recognize the error that was made in not catching the drainage issues, as we bid the project in the winter. It was because of this mistake and because we believe that customer service is of the upmost importance that we gave you price concessions and have returned multiple times for unrelated maintenance items that have resulted in no additional charges for you. As for the additional scope items that led to price escalation, we presented cost estimates for all change orders for approval prior to commencing work. If you have any suggestions on how we might better handle requested change orders, we would be happy to hear them. We sincerely believe that we have provided a high quality landscape and hope you are able to enjoy it for many years to come. Sincerely, Jack Fetig – President"
