Very courteous, friendly, and professional person scheduling the service. We identified the type of unit presently installed, and they said I got a lot of good life out of the unit. They carry the same brand and recommended it again.
We planned the service a few days out in advance. I was on a tight schedule with a 2 hour window for the service person to arrive, so we scheduled first appointment of the day. Needless to say, the person did not arrive within the time window, so I had to call and reschedule. We planned the next day during the 1st time window of the day and this time the service person was very prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. In addition to the replacement, he made sure all the other fittings were tight, secure, and leak free. As of 3 weeks following the repair, all looks well.
I definitely recommend their service. The first schedule delay was not too hard to excuse because there have been a lot of broken pipe emergencies this season due to the extreme cold weather.

Alpha Plumbing is a family owned business; I spoke with one brother, but the other brother arrived at our residence within 1 hour. They were both pleasant and professional. I got my solution at a much lower price than the other vendor offered. I am going to stop my membership with Benjamin Plumbing and go with Alpha Plumbing in the future!

We've used them three times, and we've been very happy with their services. Their pricing is more reasonable than other plumbers, they arrive on time, and their employees do thorough work. On one occasion, a plumber worked really hard to find the source of an odor and didn't charge for all of the work which I appreciated.

Alpha Plumbing was excellent. They helped me deal with the manufacturer over a warranty issue AND replaced the hot water heater the same day! They were very punctual and professional.

Everything went well. They were reasonably priced, came out quickly, and did a good job with the installation. They also disposed of my old water heater. I would definitely call them back if I had another problem.

It went great, we had a leak in an old galvanized pipe that required turning off the water to the house. We were having a lot of trouble finding a plumber to work on it on short notice, but they were able to stop by and give us thoughts right away, and then extend their day after their last appointment to get it fixed. It was both an emergency and a strange plumbing situation and it worked out really well.

They did an excellent job. I wrote a bad review before because they weren't very responsive, but they came out, finished the job 2 days earlier than planned. They were very friendly and courteous, They did an excellent job once they got out here. I was impressed at their thoroughness and the way they showed me that everything was working. I would recommend them, just plan ahead (because they are very, very busy).
