Very Impressed! From the initial inquiry to the finished job, is was a pleasure to work with Laura and her team! The cleaning team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. Even for a first-time clean, I was impressed with the amount of things they tackled. They were professional, friendly and diligent the entire time! (No personal phone calls, at all. Which is sadly rare these days.) And they were TERRIFIC with my crazy dogs - which really made me feel comfortable with using them even when I am not at home. Invaluable!!!

All star has been OK. The cleaning of the house is done fairly well it does depend on which team you get. I feel that the office has some major communication issues. I have had to be very patient working with them. It has been frustrating and I have considered changing cleaning services.

House cleaning

The day after our cleaning was scheduled, we were moving into a new home with an attached apartment. They were supposed to clean the two kitchens and all the bathrooms. Two very young people were sent for this job. They were about an hour late with no heads up, and arrived sans apology. I had scheduled them for several hours, and emphasized that while I wanted everything in the rooms scrubbed and cleaned, I wanted them to pay special attention to all of the cabinets, inside and out. 
They did NOTHING. I don't mean a bad job, I mean NOTHING. They didn't clean. There were still cobwebs on some of the cabinets. While they were still here my husband wiped up a toilet with visible dirt. I had to remind them to clean certain areas. When I pointed out that a cabinet was still visibly dirty, the girl smirked at me and said, "He didn't clean that yet," like I was an idiot. But I saw the other cleaner doing it. I had to wipe up visible grim on a counter she had already worked on, while they were still in the house! But it was the day before moving, I had a million things going on, and I chalked it all up to few missed things, but no big deal. 
However, the next morning, while waiting for the moving truck, I realized they actually did next to nothing. Everything was filthy. I was hysterical. This was something I absolutely didn't want to do in the midst of the move and chasing around a toddler. But, my mom and I ended up spending much of the first week in my new house - not unpacking and settling in - but scrubbing the kitchens and bathrooms. I really, truly believe these two were trying to scam me. There is no other explanation. I can't prove this, but I think they even dumped dirty bucket water (from whatever section of floor they actually mopped) into my jacuzzi bathtub. Before that day, the tub was clean, at least on the surface. After that day, there was a ton of visible dirt. Like someone actually dumped dirt or dirty water into the tub and didn't clean it up. I cannot fathom any other explanation for how it got there. 
The only good thing was that I called and emailed the owner and demanded my money back. She refunded all of it immediately and apologized.

It was difficult getting in contact with this provider initially so I'll know not to expect a quick turnaround. After I connected by email the response was much better and the service was excellent. The cleaners went above and beyond providing service in other areas of the home not specified and doing some detail work in the bathroom and blinds.

This was the third cleaning in 3 months. We had hopped they would get things right after a couple of visits, but this did not happen. The last two times they missed the basement completely. On the final visit, the stove was still dirty. The master shower was still dirty. The laundry room sink was not even touched. They had two cleaners here for exactly 65 minutes. This was for $135.00. That works out to be about $70 per hour. I know the exact times becase the garage door records each open and close. This type of shoddy work is not what we were promised up front. We've had cleaners for 20 years, and for us, this was one of the worst. I would compare the cleaning to what you might find at a medium priced hotel. Surface only.

The team at All Star Cleaning is wonderful! They do an outstanding cleaning job. You only have to tell them what you want once and it gets done! I had several house cleaners before moving to Fort Collins and finding these wonderful people! None of the others were anything like this team! They are the best I've experienced and my house is spotless after they are done! The office staff is friendly, efficient and provide outstanding customer service! I highly recommend!

Natashia is always friendly, professional, and striving to provide better service. She keeps it business like while maintaining a friendly attitude and assuring the job is completed to our satisfaction.

We have tried a number of different cleaning services in Fort Collins and All Star is by far the best service in Larimer County. We regularly have Grace and Sebby clean our home and they always do a fantastic, thorough job. We are very satisfied and will continue to use All Star in the future.

They cleaned bathrooms,kitchen,by drooms and vacuumed .

Tamra and Amber arrived on time and went right to work, accommodating me by starting in the family room instead of my bedroom.  I liked the way they cleaned the space they were in including vacuuming, rather than ending with the vacuuming, for instance.

Sarah Jane and Alicia have been efficient and thorough. They even called me before they arrived on a day I was off work so I could lrave and run errands and not be in their way. I am very happy with All Star Cleaning.
