We've been with them now for about four years and we're very pleased with them. They're good they're efficient, they're family owned which I like. They let you know about stuff to watch but they don't say you need to get this fixed cause it's not broke yet and they're just very good and in and out they're clean and neat and friendly. We're really pleased with them.

Air Products have been consistently professional and responsive. They are always pleasant on the phone and willing to work out schedule conflicts. Both the technician and the office staff have always been professional. I don't feel like they are always trying to get me to spend more money than I need to. I appreciate that.

Two repairmen from Air Products spent quite a bit of time alone in my basement working on my system and recommended that my 10-year-old central heating and air conditioning unit needed replacing. Another company was called for a second opinion and they repaired my system for around $200. These repairmen reported that they could not see that anything was done by the Air Products servicemen and that an easy repair was missed. It's been six months and my unit continues to run perfectly after the second company repaired it.

They seemed very knowledgeable, took time to explain things to me, and offered energy efficient improvements that I could make of various costs. Encouraged that I start simple and low cost to find what works best for me (I am having problems getting heat to top floor from basement). Satisfied with inspection and they are returning to help me get heat upstairs.
