Not well. A flagstone patio and walkway was installed by ALS beginning in February 2017. Within a short time, the material put between the stones started to crumble. We had a warranty until July 2018. I've complained the poly bond product is eroding and cracking. There isn't a proper retaining wall and it was installed without regard to industry best practices and now the beautiful project is looking shabby and worn. Mr. Ouillette refuses to speak or communicate with me or my husband because he claims I was rude. He has reneged on his warranty for both the sprinkler system and the crumbling patio. We are reasonable people. We have tried to negotiate a plan to fix the problem but Mr. Ouillette, the owner and operator claims he stands by his products and refuses to fix the problem or even discuss it. Unfortunately his products are crumbling and he didn't install the patio/walkway properly and at the wrong time of year which is there is structural failure. We will be taking Mr. Ouillette to small claims court which is unfortunate because we are willing to sit down and discuss the matter with ALS. They however are not willing to discuss the matter with us any further.

Flagstone patio and walkway was laid with poly meric grout product. The pmg product started crumbling and breaking apart almost immediately. It was spongy and would not support a chair not a human finger pressing against it. We had a warranty but James, owner and operator refuses to fix it and has told me he is canceling my warranty because he perceives my complaints about the product as rude and threatening. He insists he stands by the product by it clears he doesn't stand behind his work or his clients. I don't recommend you work with this company. I will be taking him to small claims court over the mess he's left us and the dereliction of his warranty on our sprinklers and his work.

Advanced Landscape recommended poly meric product in between flagstones and within a month of installation the product began crumbling and cracking. James has been nothing but defensive and disagreeable about fixing the problems. He installed it, it's not stable and is falling apart in 65% or more of where it is applied. It looks terrible and can be a safety hazard if someone were to trip or fall as the flagstones start to wobble and move. James has withdrawn his warranties with me on everything he's done because he doesn't like my attitude. 15,000 dollars for a lot of aggravation. Go somewhere else. Save yourself a headache. By the way, his crews are very nice and hard working, it is their boss who is culpable in all of this.. but still, how can you work with a company like this was any assurance the work will be done properly and repaired if necessary and he will stand by his warranties?
