They had an excellent reputation. They gave good references that made them sound pretty good. The things we negotiated and they agreed on, the guy didn't tell the roofers about, I had to watch them like a hawk and make sure they did everything, which they finally did. One of the problems was in communication because very few of them spoke English. The guy that I spoke and negotiated the deal with spoke English, but I have to say that he forgot or just didn't tell them what we had agreed on and that was in writing, so they didn't do them. If I hadn't watched them, those things would not have been done, and I would have never known because how can I tell what they did under asphalt shingles? Anyway, it turned out fine. It really wasn't as good as their reputation made it to be.

Emailed and called ACC to get an estimate to repair a leak. Got an email with an estimate of over $450 to repair and they never came by to see the job.
