Terrible. Didn't show up for appointment, acted very disrespectful over the phone, failed to show up for second scheduled appointment. Tried showing up around 11 pm to finally clean. Argued the price even though we had a coupon. Once they finally cleaned, they did the worst, most unprofessional job ever. Very disappointing after the company was referred to me by a satisfied customer. I guess they hang door fliers with coupons for services they really don't understand how to do. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional from start to finish.

Carpet Cleaning
They forgot to call me and tell me it needed to be rescheduled. I called when they were an hour late and they didn't have an explanation. Three hours later I was told that the person coming had forgotten to call. I made the appointment several weeks ago and now it will be three more before I can get someone else. We always move everything we can out of the way when they are coming so a good part of my day was wasted. They did offer to let me reschedule.
