ABC Carpet Cleaning

They were ok. They were not on time. For some reason they had written down the incorrect phone number so they could not call me to give me an update on what time they would arrive so that was an issue. Everything else was ok. The carpets are clean, they were speedy and friendly. They made sure to have me check the carpet for spots. They probably would have called if they would have written down the right number. I am not sure if I would use them again or not. I say that because they did not rake the carpet when they were done so that was an issue. Some companies do and some do not depending on what kind of equipment they use. It does have that scratchy feel after drying, cruncy carpet. Either there is residue left over or there was not enough raking but it is clean and all the spots are gone but I do not like the residue.
