Our business computer was getting completely out of date, it was slow and unresponsive.  We were working off of Windows XP,which would no longer be supported by Microsoft.  So they did a complete rebuild of our computer updating us to Window 7, cleaned up our hard drive and restored it  to a much higher level of functionality.  We do not handle computer "issues" well and we are easily frustrated when the system doesn't work as we expect.  They were completely patient with us, they explained everything in laymen's terms and kept it simple which minimized the frustration.  They are highly responsive; always available night and day when we have questions software or updates.  When we are in need of a quick response they are quick to set up remote connection to see what we are seeing and make the necessary corrections to get us back on track.  They are a highly professional team with a business ethic beyond reproach. It's hard to give your computer to a stranger, but to us they are like working with family, so much so we have and contine to recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.  We could go on but the bottom line is  - they know their stuff and keep it simple.
