The scheduler were very professional and patient; she explained the processes and estimate very clearly. She was very easy to work with. It is a challenge to get to our house in the mountains and Mike (the owner) was still very prompt. He was very efficient and diligent in his work. This was my first time reequesting this service and I ws very pleased; it is worth the money to have this done routinely, especially by Mike.

There were some rabbit urine stains that the carpet cleaner said might require a rather pricey stain treatment product, but in the end he was able to remove the stain without it. I was happy with the service overall; they were fast and prompt.

It went very well. They showed up on time. They worked with me regarding my budget by suggesting ways I could save. They were careful and competent cleaning the carpets in every room plus area rugs and several pieces of upholstered furniture. They continued to work the entire time. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. WITH 3 KIDS AND HOME DAYCARE, WE HAD SOME VERY STUBBORN SPOTS. I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT THE 'CHEMICALS,' BUT HE ASSURED ME THEY ARE SAFE FOR CHILDREN AND PETS.
