Founded in 1953, Persolite Products is a family-owned and operated processor of perlite, and long-time member of the Perlite Institute. With more than fifty years of experience, we are dedicated to innovation, quality service, and affordable products. Our company expands perlite for horticulture, insulation, building materials, as well as many other applications. In horticulture, when Perlite is mixed with soil, it increases aeration and drainage, which helps aid in root development. For construction, Perlite can be used for slab insulation to insulated concrete for in-ground vinyl pools. When mixed with concrete, it's fire resistant, lightweight, and insulating. Perlite is such a versatile product and has many more uses aside from the horticulture and construction applications, it can be used for anything from filtration to hazmat clean up and much more.
