We provide a wide range of cost effective services to the consumer market and will either come onsite to assist or office pickup and delivery for difficutl cases. We don't keep an inventory of any parts, everything is special order. Our repair services are typically completed in 2 to 5 business days, but that all depends on the severity of the case. We are a value added reseller for Dell, Microsoft, Kaspersky, and WatchGuard products.

My advice is to stay away from this company.
"This client called and was provided with the cost to repair the system. The system was severely damaged from several viruses that required the system to be reloaded to the factory default and then installed with the latest updates. All of the personal data was backed up and then restored. The user also requested after the initial call to have data from a salvaged hard drive be put onto the computer as well, which was performed for free. The CD-ROM drive was found defective and it to was replace with a refurbished one for free. The client called for additional assistance after receiving the repaired system and was provided it for free. The client then called again and requested a copy of the original ghost backup of the drive, which was also provided. If the client was so unhappy, he should have contacted us and we would have restored the system back to its original state and refunded his money.
