He did a couple of things for us that were just fine, but then he just must have decided we didn't have enough money for him. He gave us a broken control box, said he replaced the box for the pipes in the front, but when I opened it there were spider webs and it obviously hadn't even been opened before. Then he refused to answer calls. I cancelled the check.

Ross was very knowledgeable and prompt. He showed a great deal of attention to our project, despite it being rather small, and did a great job.
