Kirk was extremely thorough and has given us confidence that we know what needs to be done to keep our new home purchase in great condition and what we need to improve on it immediately. He was also very responsive and was able to fit us on short notice in before a winter storm, allowing him to get a good look at the roof.

This was the most thorough and detailed home inspection I have ever seen. Kirk's documentation throughout the inspection and in his written report (including hundreds of pictures that indicate good, questionable, and corrective issues) were very helpful as we determined the condition of our next home. I cannot recommend Kirk highly enough for a home inspection, particularly a mountain home. His expertise in log homes specifically, but also all aspects of a home inspection, was so evident and comforting throughout the entire process. He is incredibly responsive and he took all the time we needed to explain his thoughts on his findings. He produced a detailed, easy-to-follow report within a day of the inspection, and probably spent 8-10 hours onsite conducting it. I wouldn't even bother making another call if I ever needed another home inspection within his service area.

Kirk (Sky Seals) was very, very good from before the inspection and all the way through. He contacted me in advance to get aligned on when he was going and when would be a good time for me to meet with him near the end of his inspection. He was prompt, very thorough, and wrote a comprehensive report. Most importantly, he was not just going through the motions and spent some time explaining to me what was good and not so good.

You need this company! If you are going to have a home inspection done then this is the company for you! Kirk came out to do the inspection on the property my wife and I were looking to buy and wow was he thorough! Not only did he do an almost 6hr full inspection, but he then spent over an hour on the phone with us explaining in detail, the issues and what he thought would be some effective solutions. You can tell he really loves what he does! After our inspection, Kirk hooked us up with the Porch Report which goes through all of the issues in the inspection and finds local contractors to give estimates on what that would cost to fix. Great ammunition for counter offers, and even better to know what youâ re getting into before you buy a home. I cannot recommend this company enough and if you get to choose your inspector, ask for Kirk and know you are in good hands!

I was so impressed with the promptness of the service and the quality of the inspection! Kurt was incredibly through and detailed. He also allowed me to follow him around for half of the inspection to learn about systems that I know nothing about, like well and septic. I am super happy with the entire experience.
