Stretched carpet in home to remove wrinkles.  Worked with us to move and work around furniture.  Were very flexible in working with us to complete the work in the time frame that we needed.  One small area was not tucked in - had to do it ourselves.

There were several miss steps in the availability of the tile selected. I had to go back on three separate occasions and re-order tile from the vendor. Needless to say, there was confusion on the tile and especially the grout color selection. The workmanship in the master bathroom was poor. The tile did not line up on the shower pan. The grout color did not match and I have been attempting to get them to come back and get the grout color repaired. The house was finished in November 2007 and it is already October 2008 and the grout has not been replaced and repaired. I have written two letters and spoken with both owners on three separate occasions. Moreover, as was agreed, they were to return and examine grout in all areas and make appropriate repairs to account for settling and missed grout seams. This follow-up work is pending. I wanted to use a local small business when I embarked on this house building project. However, after this experience, I will no longer support local business and will seek out the best bid and workmanship, if that requires me to work with a large box store.
