 + -1 moreWhen I talked to him on Friday and told him what I was wanting, he gave me a ballpark figure for what it would cost for a move in clean. He asked me to email him and his wife would contact me to set up an appointment. She told me they were too far away, which they claimed was 45 minutes, which it was not. I would rather they say they are short staffed or they just can't come instead of claiming they are too far way when they are actually only 30 minutes away. They list on Angie's List they do move-in cleanings, they told me that they have been misclassified and that they are a handyman service who sells cleaning services as part of a package. He even told me that his wife is a very meticulous cleaner, specifically with the cabinets, leading me to believe that they are a cleaning service.
Description of Work: I needed a move in clean done for a home in Bailey, CO. I spoke to him on Friday, he asked me to email him, and his wife responded to me that they are too far away.

 + -1 moreEverything went beautifully! All work was completed as promised, on time, and with excellent communication. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was left in perfect order.
Description of Work: We moved from one home to another in December of 2012. We had To Do List, LLC perform a thorough, corner-to-corner cleaning on the home we vacated, as it was for sale. Thanks to the stellar job these people did, it sold within two weeks! Our new residence needed far more than a good cleaning...more like a power wash with a fire hose! These folks literally scoured the place, removing mould, grease and grime, and every nasty thing imaginable from wall to wall, ceiling to floor, even the garage. They didn't miss an inch of space. When we walked into the place afterwards, I almost cried...our new home was spotless! It simply shined and was so welcoming to us. Dee and Stephen Cross, the owners of this fine company are truly committed to not only doing quality work for a reasonable price, but also are the kindest folks who insist on excellence, have a superb business ethic, and absolutely want their clients to very happy. We would not hesitate to call on To Do List, LLC again for any of our home needs and sincerely recommend them to anyone who may require any of the many services they offer.
