When we would visit Colorado from New England she would line up a bunch of homes for us to view in different areas, helping us realize where we wanted to live and what we were looking for in a home. When we finally moved to Colorado she worked with us tirelessly showing us house after house, even if we all knew they weren't quite right. It took us nine months to find the home of our dreams and Alicia contacted us the day it hit the market. She knew instantly it was the house for us. She lined up a viewing that day and we made our offer by 5pm that evening. She is extremely professional, but in a way that makes you know she cares about you as more than just a client. We would work with Alicia in a heartbeat when it comes time to buy or sell in the future! She is truly the best as what she does.
Description of Work: Alicia was our real estate agent during our recent home search process. We did not pay Alicia anything as she was compensated through the seller.
