 + -1 moreVery well. Both roofs appear to be very high quality and very well done. It took longer than expected (primarily due to weather delays impacting our job and others), and we weren't always sure what days the crews would be working, but it all got done within about 3 weeks. Owner Tim was professional and great to work with and his crews and subcontractors were competent and courteous.
Description of Work: EPDM roof on low-slope portion of house (~1,100 sf), modified bitumen roofing on loafing shed (~300sf).
