 + -1 moreThe crew was very knowledgeable and friendly; rates were very fair. Not always on the job sight when expected to be, communication could have been better on schedule. The work was top notch but the small crew available to do the work made the projects take much longer than we had anticipated.
Description of Work: We remodeled the master bath, retiled 3 other bathrooms including floors, replaced kitchen sink, bumped out exterior wall & installed a gas fireplace, relocated a wall & removed a closet in one room, installed hardwood floors in 5 areas, created 2 custom fireplace surrounds.

 + 0 moreOld2New did a great job. The work was completed on time and the owner Rob Dodge made help me problem solve every project to make sure it was done well and affordably. He was calm and logical and open minded in the face of several mid stream changes to the project. From beginning to end i could feel his competence and and expertise as we talked through each project. he really can do just about any project as the list of stuff he did at my house indicates. An ideal hiring experience and i would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Privacy Fence, Electrical work, install cleanout for a sewer line, and other minor repairs to meet requirements of a home sale contract

 + -1 moreHe always arrives on time. He does all the jobs in the neatest ways he can. He is very professional. He is really nice and pleasant to work with. He even came out on a holiday to do a job for us to make sure his part was done for another contractor to start their job. He is extremely accommodating as well.
Description of Work: He has done several jobs for us. Cabinetry work and plumbing work. He has sheet work for us. Repaired lawn irrigation sprinklers.
