It was difficult to schedule with this company. They installed a shower drain in the wrong spot. They were friendly and helpful when around but it was an overall very poor experience. I got cancelled on a few times by them.

They went above and beyond what was expected. They came early to access the situation, came back days before my appointment to install the water heater after hours so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced without hot water. They were prompt, meticulous and very considerate. They are my go to guys should I ever need plumbing work again. And I would highly recommend them!

Nitro has fantastic service, expertise, great pricing and are fast and reliable. Our garage was flooding and I called at least 40 plumbing companies and none of them could come out until the following week or they said we lived too far away. Nitro made it out from Evergreen to Bailey within a few hours. I sent photos of the leak, so they arrived with everything needed for the repair which took less than 15 minutes. They knew their stuff and the cost was less than the trip charge that Denver companies wanted to charge us for just showing up. I am very impressed and now have Nitro's contact info taped to the water tank in case of emergency and so should you.

It went great! My regular inspector had his sewer camera break so we were in a bind and on a tight deadline - these guys didn’t know me, and vice versa, but they were super responsive, professional and available. Knowledgeable too! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of these types of services!

I’ve finally found a reliable and consistent mountain contractor! Nitro Plumbing replaced our water heater and installed a whole house water filtration system for our well. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and fair. These guys really take pride in their work and it shows. We will definitely be calling Nitro for all of our future plumbing needs!

Fantastic. The service man was there that morning, brought the right replacement disposal and finished the work in a most professional manner. All parts were first class and we are very happy with the upgrade. Also it looks great.

They responded to my call right away and I was able to get an appointment. They showed up on time and did a great job! I couldn’t find anyone in the area to respond. To get a call back and for them to show up and do a great job, I WAS ECSTATIC!!! I would Highly recommend and would absolutely use again!!!

They did a really good job. They showed up in a timely passion. They corrected the situation at the job. They fixed what needed to be fixed. They finished the job. They just did what they have to do. It was worth it. They didn't charge me. I would tell everyone I know how good they were.

Great, Constant communication, prompt arrival, and quick work. There was a small problem after Jacob left which required some additional work but Jacob immediately came back over to get the problem solved. Also, a nice customer rapport with a good explanation of the problem and the solution. I would highly recommend Jacob and his company Nitro plumbing. Unfortunately, we get used to slow response times or no responses from a lot of people in the service industries. Jacob is not that way. He will go anywhere anytime.
