I only rate the punctuality at a lower number, because they accidentally recorded my appointment on the wrong day. After they realized their mistake, they reschedule another appointment to fit me on the correct day. What service!
I had three locks that needed to be rekeyed - two house and one garage lock. The one house door is a lock that is no longer made and they advised me that it may work or it may not. If it didn't work, they were going to have to replace the full lock and provided the potential cost of this service.
Based on this information, I chose to only update two of the locks and skip the "questionable" one. They also cleaned and lubed the existing locks and all was done in a professional manner.
Alan is the original owner of the service and he's transitioning the business to his son. They were both very polite and I enjoyed visiting with Alan while his son completed the install. I would definitely call them again and schedule and appointment.

The guy from Mountain Lock and Key did a fine job and I remember having a very good impression of them from that experience. I was very pleased with their work.

I do not know how much I spent on the service. I would rate him highly. He knew what he was doing and he came for the door lock. I would use him again in the future.
