Description of Work: McGarva sprayed our ponderosa pine trees for needle miner and pine beetle. They had to use two different spray methods for the two bugs. They took the initiative to include trees not originally discussed at no charge to be safe.

+ -1 moreHe was very good at giving me a quote. He came back very quickly to get the work done and he was responsive. The owner is the one that came out to do the work and he was very fast. He was very technical about getting the work done. He seemed very experienced, knowledgeable, and honest with me.
Description of Work: I needed some shrubbery and trees removed. They were falling over.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They had the experience and equipment needed to climb the tree. The tree is about 50 feet and he did the job safely. They were very good and I would use them again for my other trees.
Description of Work: We had a pine tree that was leaning over our deck in our backyard. They climbed the tree and topped it. They cut the branches off along the way and cut 16 inch pieces. They also had a chipper and fed the branches into it. They only left us feasible pieces for firewood and stacked them up very nicely in a pile.

+ -1 moreMCGARVA'S IS A RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WILL CALL THEM BACK FOR ALL TREE NEEDS.
Description of Work: TRIMMED AND PRUNED PEAR TREES THAT WERE OVER 30 FEET TALL AND CABLED TO THE STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORT.

+ -1 moreI REALLY LIKE THESE GUYS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE TREES LOOK GREAT AND THEY CLEANED UP, YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE THERE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD CONSIDERING AND WHAT I liked ABOUT THEM IS YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALL AT ONCE. THEY WILL DO JUST WHATEVER YOU WANT AND COME BACK ANOTHER TIME. SO NEXT TIME THEY WILL DO THE FRONT YARD.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE TO TRIM ALL MY TREES. I THEN called A MONTH LATER and HIRED THEM TO DO THE BACK YARD ONLY. THEY TRIMMED 5 BUSHES AND 3 TREES AND PULLED OUT A STUMP. IT LOOKS GREAT.

+ 0 moreWE HAVE AN ACRE LOT WITH ESTABLISHED LANDSCAPING. THIS COMPANY SPENT A DAY TRIMMING AND FERTILIZING EVERYTHING AS IT HAD GOTTEN OVERGROWN. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH THEIR ESTIMATE AND THEN WITH THE SCHEDULED WORK.
Description of Work: HAND PRUNE SHRUBS AND JUNIPERS. SHAPE AND THIN TREES, SPRAY FOR APHIDS AND MITES, DEEP ROOT FERTILIZATION.
