Description of Work: It was the third flood maintenance Maintenance Managers of Evergreen had done for me but the first time I had flood insurance. They advertise they are flood specialists and deal with flood insurance. They did not follow insurance protocol, pulled carpet that was not damaged, came to my house same day to sell me new carpet. Overcharged me so severely it threw the claim out for investigation with the insurance company. Previous 2 floods cost me $3500.00. This one for water extraction and removal of carpet for 700 sq. ft, the exact same space was $11,000.00. when I complained he put a lien on my home four weeks after the flood and me paying a $1000.00 deposit to cover his employee payroll. Took legal intervention to have him quit harassing us!!! Strongly advice against using! Brent Sweringer, the owner is far from professional or ethical!

 + 3 moreI was trying to sort through all of the carpet cleaning coupons I received in the mail but could not accurately compare prices. Maintenance Managers was straightforward. They gave me a competitive price per square foot and per stair, a 400 sf minimum, and a straightforward coupon-$20 off services. There was no hassle, they contacted me 15 minutes before the arrival time, gave me a price before work was done, called me when they finished early and were a genuine pleasure to work with. Since they are local to Evergreen, there's no trip charge like several Denver firms charge. Plus they do several other house services.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning that was pet safe and chemical free.
