I was trying to sort through all of the carpet cleaning coupons I received in the mail but could not accurately compare prices. Maintenance Managers was straightforward. They gave me a competitive price per square foot and per stair, a 400 sf minimum, and a straightforward coupon-$20 off services. There was no hassle, they contacted me 15 minutes before the arrival time, gave me a price before work was done, called me when they finished early and were a genuine pleasure to work with. Since they are local to Evergreen, there's no trip charge like several Denver firms charge. Plus they do several other house services.
