A very bad experience. We had to wait for Peter to finish before we could get the stairway carpet runner installed. So, for seven weeks we were dealing with the safety of our dogs who slipped and fell down and off the stairs (even though leashed) taking us with them. It was very frightening, we were lucky none of us ended up seriously injured. Peter was hostile over a scheduling error even though it was impossible to get a hold of him in a timely manner. Sometimes he communicated via e-mail, sometimes over the phone; very inconsistent. He tracked mud all over the new floors even though he had been asked previously to remove his shoes. Very poor social skills, zero humility, a self-absorbed individual. In the end the work was only fair.

Maybe Peter attempts to do good work but our finished product is a bit shoddy. He tracked mud all over our new floors, even though on a prior occasion my husband asked him to remove his shoes. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he said the job would take two weeks and it took six weeks due to his unavailability. This delayed other work that needed to be done by another contractor. Due to Peter's delays we endured seven weeks of VERY FRIGHTENING STAIRWAY SLIPS AND FALLS for our dogs and for us. When we experienced a scheduling misunderstanding that cost me time and money, he was very HOSTILE during his next visit. He is the only contractor we have used this year who had horrible social skills and who failed to have even a little humility about his errors. We would never use Peter again.
