The first meeting when he gave me an estimate he said all the right things. talked about the quality of the wood and the install process. He assisted me to find the wood and color I wanted. That's really where the positives ended. From there, I got lots of excuses as to why the install couldn't get done. (vacations, illnesses, etc) I finally gave up and hired someone else. I am very glad I did. We since decided to replace the entire 2nd floor with the same hard wood. The new installer helped me find a vendor that could get me the hardwood at more than 1/2 the price. I wouldn't use this contractor again or refer him.
