John built custom storms for my 1922 windows that are attractive and functional. They really add to the appearance of the house and I'm very happy with them. He also did repairs to the windows that did not open properly, and perhaps had not opened properly for decades. That was like magic: I left in the morning and when I came home, everything worked beautifully. Highest recommendations for John and Glacier Glass.

After their work, the windows worked like they were brand new. I was thrilled with their work, and, if we still lived there, I would have them back to do the rest of the windows. They repaired two windows for $125 each.

John came out on fairly short notice and repaired the broken sash cords on two of our old windows. The windows went from not opening at all to opening, staying open, and closing very easily. He was able to do this without any damage to the existing molding. Cord repair is becoming a lost art, and we were thrilled that we found somebody who did such a competent job at such a fair price. We plan on having him back out when it gets warmer to repair the other windows in our house.

The work went extremely well. John was very careful not to damage any of our refinished woodwork. The windows now slide up and down without difficulty.
