 + -1 moreTrisha was the broker representing the seller of a home we were bidding on. We have excellent credit and outbid the competitor. Trisha was unresponsive after multiple attempts to reach her via email and phone calls. The next morning she responded to our realtor that they had taken the lower offer. Upon calling Trisha directly she was indirect in saying why and was clearly hiding something relating to this deal. We felt she was dishonest in dealing with all aspects of this deal and if there was something more happening then it would have been nice to have known that up front.
