Description of Work: I made an incomplete survey response very shortly after the service. I can't remember the date or exact cost now. The service was great. When I first phoned they gave me some things to try . A short time later I still needed their tune up and they handled it in about 5 days and did a very good job. If needed I'll certainly use them again.

Description of Work: He picked up our snowblower to perform maintenance on it. It needed a oil dip stick and connected a new scrapper blade. He said he performed a tune-up and replaced a spark plug. He stated that the machine worked well. We could not start the machine. We pulled the spark plug to find that it was not replaced, it was dirty and in poor condition. During the maintenance he stated that the spark plug had been replaced. He lied about the replacement of the spark plug, but he charged us for it. Based on his statements, we believe that there was no maintenance performed on the machine, but charged us for a complete tune-up. We do not believe he is a competent or reputable technician to do business with. He charges for services not rendered.
