Kevin was personable enough, but his responses were vague and misleading (e.g., "Are you licensed in Lakewood?";to that he hurriedly said that he's licensed as a general contractor in Colorado, so that he can practice anywhere;that's untrue as this state does NOT license general contractors). After that, he broke one promise after another to Lowe's about when he would have the estimate ready. Finally, it came, but then Lowe's was turned off by him, and I've been told that Lowe's doesn't use his company now. I will never use a person who is deceptive, or actually lies.

Experience was frustrating because of not preforming the work on a timely basis as promised. A two week project turned into two and a half months. Workmanship was OK.
