David was very responsive to our request for service and made an appointment with us the very next day. He arrived 5 minutes early. He was very congenial and eager to help. He had to do some investigating (done with a ladder) and found that it was simply a lightbulb which had blown. Since we did not have the replacement bulb, he went to our local Home Depot and purchased and replaced the bulb we needed. While he was here, he also installed a vent which was missing in the media room and even helped us get a malfunctioning fireplace to work. All in all, he charged us for only the cost of the replacement bulb and one hour's labor ($45), even though we believe he was on the job for a longer time.
