Very pleased with our install. LeElda was very knowledgeable and professional and was a great help every step of the way. The crew was nice and worked hard. Our floors came our beautiful!

Nightmare! The manager of Carpet Mill Outlet in Bergen Park, Le Elda, lied to me, telling me a product was something it was not. The Regional Sales Manager, Tim Hilfer, lied to me, told me a product I purchased was something it was not. Tim HIlfer lied, said the product I purchased was their name; then he changed his story, and said the warehouse made a mistake. He wanted to "fix" it, by ripping out installed carpet, but FIRST required UPFRONT PAYMENT PRIOR TO INSTALL!!! AFTER THEY FRAUDED ME, AND MESSED UP THE INSTALL!!! UNBELIEVABLE. IT TOOK AN ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE THIS FRAUD. RUN!!! RUN FAR AND AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The installers RIPPED OUT the NEW carpet I had paid for and had installed on the stairs just 2 weeks before! When I contacted the sales manager, Le Elda, she arrived 45 minutes after my call, and defended the lame installers, who spoke very little English. She, Le Elda, promised before install, that my new mattress would be covered if they needed to put it outside. It was not. When I brought this to her attention, she said, "The deck is clean!" It's an outside deck, and it rains almost daily here.

Horrible! They sold us "quality" carpet, padding and install. We were left with carpet bunched up, tack and staples exposed, and the absolute worst customer service we've ever had. We had to threaten legal or insurance action after a month of being patronized and talked down to.  This company could not care less about their product or people. They whole package is absolutely terrible.

OVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE WERE NOT SURE IF THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, AS WE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO SHOP AROUND. HOWEVER, IT IS GOOD QUALITY CARPETING. WE DO WISH THAT THE INSTALLERS HAD VACUUMED AFTER INSTALLATION, AS IT WAS A BIT OF A MESS.
