When I say they listed our property on the MLS, that's it.  All of the other items that are listed as other "benefits" are worthless.  The worst part of the transaction was their lack of responsiveness.  Tried to call several times, and they never answered the phones.  On top of this, responses to offers was almost non-existant.  Multiple times had buyers agents contact us saying they wanted to submit offers but had no way to do so through Broker Direct as their cheap website doesn't offer this, and they don't answer the phones.  We almost lost contracts due to not meeting expiration clauses.  This is the one thing they are basically obligated to do by law, present all offers to sellers, and they fail at it.

Just great from start to finish. You go to their website, www.brokerdirectco.com, choose the option that best suits your needs, purchase that option from the website and they send all forms, contracts etc to your log in where you can fill them out online (or download and fax or email them back). Very easy process. They send you a for sale sign with their logo and a phone number that routes directly to your home or cell phone. Then you either take the calls for showings or sign up for their showing service. When contracts come in, Schaunnon reviews them, and email them to you with a summary of the offer. You accept or reject and go from there.

Overall excellent. Turnaround was usually 24 hours or less for phone or email conversations or changes. Also available for consultation. It worked for me. Recommended.
