I called Mr. Barta, who indicated that he would call me on a certain day to confirm that he would be coming out the next day. He did not call on that day but did call the next day, indicating that he thought he could make it the following day to assess my wall situation. At that point, I checked with the State of Colorado Regulatory Agencies and found that Mr. Barta's professional engineering license was suspended in 1992. I will not use this individual and encourage others to check consumer sources available to them other than Angie's List, especially when dealing with professionals who are regulated by government via licenses.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THE INFORMATION THEY SHARED WITH THEY DETERMINED MINOR PROBLEMS THAT WOULD HAVE GONE UNNOTICED OTHERWISE.
