Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Estimate done in May of 2020, work began in June. Covid-19 complicated the job ( employees and shipping of units) so there was an understandable job delay. The mini splits were installed in July but to date the coverings for the outside hoses have not been completed. The manager and owner have given me the run-around now for 2 months , failing to return calls or show up for work completion appointments , and still a small portion of the job is incomplete. A job estimated at one week to complete has dragged on for months.
