Overpriced during a time of need due to a Mother Nature caused event is not only disingenuous it’s dishonest and will make me think twice about hiring this company in the future.

Moved ahead of original schedule. Prompt, carefully removed 4-6" limbs. Done by noon, cleaned up debris to perfection. A very good job completed in less than 8hrs.

Good. They were courteous and quick. They cleaned up the site well too. The cost was very fair and they came out for the estimate and the work quicker than the other companies I contacted.

Beyond expectations, They have the right equipment and properly trained group to do the job right. The work areas were cleaned up immediately and they do the job right . If you want a 5 Star job done right and for a fair price Newell Bros are the Company. Without question I couldn't have asked for a Faster, SAFE, and Very Professional Company.

Went great. They started around 10am and gone before 6pm on a Thursday. They came back the following Monday to remove the stump. Professional team work at its finest. I would highly recommend to a friend.

Service was reasonably priced. Serviceman was very professional and efficient. Although it did take 2 weeks from estimate to payment for completion of the small project and they never did call before showing up, I would still use them again.

After having an extensive conversation with Matt Newell (unfortunately there was a communication gap on both our parts), all our concerns were acknowledged and rectified. He is a down to earth Business man who tries to offer his services at a reasonable rate considering our economy. His Company was the cheapest out of all the bids we received and his crew did a Great Job. If there's a problem he's made aware of he is diligent to repair or compensate. He worked with us in paying our bill, no other company offers that to their customers. Despite the hick ups we had, he heard us and as a professional he took it with heart. He takes great pride in his company and the crews that work for him. The information passed on can only make a Good company Better.

Excellent, Matt came over looked at the tree and its location to give an estimate. Within minutes he gave us a quote that was over $5000.00 less than a major local company tree care company! (NO KIDDING...AMAZING) His crew got it cut down in a few hours one afternoon, removed and cleaned up in a few hours the next day! They have a sleek telescoping spider like machine that is operated by the main trimmer. He is safe fast and experienced.

Initially I got a quote and then set up an appointment. They did not show up on day that was scheduled so it was rescheduled for the following week. They came and cut down the tree and had to return later to grind the stump. All work was completed nicely.

They sent a large crew, everyone worked quickly and efficiently together, and the foreman did an excellent job both listening to what we needed (just details to flesh out the work order) and explaining what they would do. The clean-up was thorough, too.

Just two days passed from my initial consultation to the last, and I mean last, leaf being raked from my yard!
When I pulled up to the house after work I wasn't sure I was at the right place. Both trees manicured properly, primed for the next growing cycle.

Very professional, they picked up every single branch from the lawn.  Also covered my pond to prevent leaves and debris from falling in.  We had a miscommunication about removing a stump, however, they quickly remedied after one phone call.  We only had to wait two days following my call for the work to proceed until they scheduled the tree removal.  Their staff were very professional at our home and left everything as they had found it.  Would strongly recommend their services in the future.

These guys are great.  They were clean and efficient and cleaned up after themselves.  I will never use another tree service again.  I would 100% recommend these guys.

The person who came by to give the estimate was right on time and very pleasant. The estimate was comparable to others we had received. We went with Newell because of other reviews on Angie's List. We weren't able to be home when the work was done but the job turned out exactly as we planned. Everything was cleaned up as well.

The only problem was they didn't come the day they said and didn't call me. They had a lift on the truck and one guy did all the trimming. it was a big job and he did a great job. He came a 9am and was done around 5pm. Two other guys came around 4:30 and cleaned up and chipped the branches. They left the yard and walk way clean. I was very happy with the job.

Prompt in coming out to give a bid. Their bid was 600 dollars less than another bid. They also said if I didn't need it done right away, but could be done at their timing, it would be $50 less. Even though we took the deal, the got to the job just a couple of days later. The only complaint is that they left wheel skid marks on the driveway, I guess from the stump grinder.

The work was done well and on schedule.  Everyone, from the office staff to the trimmers were very nice to work with.  They cleaned up afterwards.  We will definitely have them back, as needed.
