I needed to have a large and old hardwood tree removed from my property, as well as another hardwood tree pruned. A very large branch also blocked the walkway to my front door, which needed removing. Green Leaf's bid was the lowest I received, and as I had had a good experience with them some 5-6 years before, I went with them. The one difference between my positive and negative experience is that I asked them to leave the wood this time. They did indeed leave the wood, in two piles, each of which blocked my entryway and my driveway, so that access to the garage was blocked and the driveway was unuseable. It took multiple phone calls over a period of days for them to move the wood blocking the driveway; they said that unblocking the walkway to my front door was impossible. I later had to hire another company to cut the wood into manageable pieces that could be moved.

They arrived promptly both to provide an estimate and to do the actual work. It took a couple of weeks after the estimate before they were able to schedule time to do the work (fall is a very busy time for them) but they were professional and courteous.
The work itself was done very quickly - about an hour or so and they cleaned up completely. No complaints of any kind.

They provide excellent service. I have been using them for a couple years. They are prompt and courteous.
