Exterior Painting
$12,000
Travis started the job painting my house,  The price was fair and inline
with others.  But as the work progressed it was clear there were
problems, unskilled workers, no supervision of work, lack of tools.  We
should have not paid until all work was done but he ended up collecting
about 80% of the total then walked off the job.   He took a payment on a
Friday and on Monday a friend of his came by with Travis to tell us he
couldn't finish the job.  Travis could not even look us in the eye.  His
employees came to us looking for wages, equipment rental places called
us and threatened a lien against our property for equipment Travis never
returned.
This guy is toxic, do not trust him.  We had to wait
another year with half the house stripped of paint ( i have photos) to find another
contractor to finish the 80% Travis did not do.
