Great. The tech, Eric, was efficient, personable, and a delight to have here. I've already told ProTech that whenever I have furnace work done, I want Eric. He's the best.

Great! My carpet is a light colored Berber Berber so everything shows. I had a couple of dog stains and some obvious traffic lane stains. My experience with carpet cleaners has not always been a positive one so I was a little skeptical using a new company. Someone referred Suck It Up to me so I decided to call them. They were able to fit my cleaning in right away. They showed up on time. No one tried to up sell me anything (although I did request fabric protector be put on my couch and chair which they gladly applied and then convinced me of the benefits of having carpet protector applied throughout my house). I am really happy with the job they did. The two cleaners took their time and spent at least 10 minutes on each stain. They also seemed to go over everything at least twice. Another thing that impressed me was they placed fans in each room as they cleaned for faster dry time and they put up guards to protect my wood banister and walls. I also felt like the price was fair. The amount was a little more than I was hoping but that is because I decided to have stain protector applied. I am happy that I did. my daughter spilled orange jello the next day and it wiped right up.

Not well.  They told me I needed a new furnace and the second opinion said I didn't

They are very, very professional. They are top of the line here in Estes Park. They are probably the most expensive but they have everything on their big trucks. They have those Mercedes vans so we pay for it but we get what we pay for. They are generally available almost immediately because they have 4 or 5 of those big vans. They did have one guy that was flaking out on us for a couple of days. We have a contract with them for our furnace.

$330
Up front they told me that it would cost $330 for the first hour and $288 for each subsequent hour. They arrived at 1:00 pm and saw that they didn't have a long enough hose to reach from my tap to their truck so they went back for more hose (about a half mile fro my house to their shop). They got back at 1:20 to do the job. They finished the job at 1:15 then spent 15 minutes in their truck writing up my bill. When the bill was presented, it was for $722. When I asked why, the service guy said that they had begun their response to my call at 12:00 so they were charging me for 2 and a half hours. I told the guy that I felt like I was being ripped off and that I clocked their actual "working" time on the job at less than an hour. He finally relented and charged me only for one hour which at $330 for running a little hot water down my line was outrageous enough.
