Very professional, sent me pictures along the way because I was not in the residence at the time. Good communications. Finished in projected timeline. Very willing to go the extra mile.

Went okay and in the end was very satisfied. Estimates did change several times as estimator made mistakes in measuring during original estimate and had to increase price. Wound up $225 over original estimate. Overall very satisfied.

They are working here right now on another project. It has been an excellent service. They did a great job; it is really good work. The workmanship is excellent. They are very easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns.

We moved the furniture, they showed up the day promised, in two days the job was done with minimal smell and no dust. We waited an extra day before moving the furniture back in, but could walk on the floor almost immediately. Looked amazing! Like having a brand new floor, but with minimal cost. And the finish (I chose to go with a professional grade polyurethane) has held up remarkably -- we live on a dirt road, with 3 kids and a dog so we are not easy on our floor. 7 years ago, when we purchased our house Park Flooring refinished and repaired the wood floors that had been ruined under carpeting, as well as adding more wood flooring where there was plywood. That turned out great, the match was so perfect that noone could tell where the old floor ended and the new began. 3 years ago, we had them add in the kitchen, at first the color was a little off, but they promised that as the floor aged it would match the existing floor -- they were RIGHT! Within a year the slight difference in the two colors had completely disappeared! Their attention to detail is fabulous and they are great to work with, professional and friendly!
