Our project consisted of:
careful and direct collaboration with our insurance provider
planning and decision making
removing paneling
basement remodeling
lighting - LED for overhead and lighting for utility area
installing drywall
replacing closet 
finish carpentry
painting 
cleanup

All work was completed very professionally.
The outcome was terrific.
We were most appreciative not only of the work  but of the cleanup

The job went very well. From the first, Michael Burke, ie Burke's Enterprises, was very professional and responsive. Michael returned phone calls promptly and showed up when he said he would. When hiring someone to do work in my home, I prefer to talk to the person that will actually do the job. With Burke's Enterprises, that is exactly how it went. Michael Burke came out to access what needed to be done and gave us a detailed estimate. He showed up every day when he said he would. I was comfortable from the start having Michael in my home as well as leaving him alone to work. He had access to the house to come and go if I wasn't able to be there. Being in a remote location alone without too many contacts, this was a huge issue for me. Michael worked on each item until it was completed, no matter how long it took. His finish work is excellent and the job was done beyond my expectations. I would definitely hire Michael Burke again in the future and highly recommend him for any electrical or home repairs.

We were living out of state so the entire process was done via email/text/phone/facetime.  I was nervous at first, but Michael and his team were very responsive and would return calls promptly and would also call with any questions.  Michael gave a thorough estimate and despite some hiccups (such as me ordering the wrong size sink, or changing my mind on various fixtures), the estimate was pretty spot-on.  My husband and I arrived in Estes just as the project was finishing and even with our high standards we were very impressed.  They did not cut corners and it was obvious that they were professionals.  We had no previous experience with Michael, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but we couldn't be happier and will definitely use him again in the future.  

Michael Burke and his team did a variety of work to one of our rental properties in Estes Park. ?They gutted and remodelled two bathrooms (installed and painted new drywall, tiled the shower and floor, installed the shower, vanity, toilet, faucet, lighting), installed new hardwood and ceramic tile throughout home, painted interior of house, repaired a leaking area of the roof, replaced some damaged decking, changed front door lockset, and built a closet and wall to section off for a third bedroom. ?This included demolition, trash haul-away, and picking up of materials from the hardware store. ?

It went very well. I didn't have to micromanage any of the work being done.  It was done in a timely manner and was done very professionally. There was no punch list, all work was done as necessary.  Michael communicated with the insurance adjuster, to insure that everything was covered and then that  increased the amount of the original adjusters proposal. \

The overall quality of workmanship and price of the job was fine, a good value for the cost. The major issue with this provider was customer service, particularly when it came to scheduling. The job was a relatively small one, fixing only parts of two walls but required 3 different days to complete the work. I am unsure if this is typical of drywall work, but it seemed excessive. When scheduling each of these separate trips during the work week, no attempt was made to fit my (the customer) schedule whatsoever. I was given a day and time for the work to be done, no compromise / options were discussed despite my repeated requests to do so. This may not be an issue for someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule, but it was an incredible inconvenience for someone who has to stay home from work to meet the schedule set by the provider. In addition, one of the days was scheduled late at night the day before, forcing me to alter my work schedule at the last minute.
The work was done professionally, but the customer service / management of scheduling is the reason I would not use this provider again.

Michael and his team individually and collectively are careful and caring, with an attention to detail in every aspect of their work. I appreciated the constant communications to make suggestions to improve what we were asking for at every stage. I trust them to not take shortcuts, in fact always do more than I expected. The touches of the crown molding and finishes at all of the edges with caulk or quarter round really make the work stand out. Michael goes out of his way to communicate and communicate again to confirm what we decided before in case our minds changed. This helped a lot to get the result that both my wife and I wanted. I would have them back anytime, trust them totally, and recommend them to all.

The entire project was undertaken without our supervision as this is a second home and we were unable to travel to the location. With this in mind, the project involved a great deal of trust and the need for high communication. In all aspects, we were more than pleased. The work was high quality, on time, and competitively priced. Inspection after the work was complete resulted in a very short and minor punch list.

Using a team approach, Michael Burke plans and executes an entire project and does so quickly and effectively.  He is also an excellent referral for other work that we needed done.  We trust him completely--we left him a key to our house to perform the work while we left town.

Handyman Pro came in immediately after the recent floods did all demo, remediation, and remodeling. All work was done on time in a very professional manor and was better than promised. Price was more than fair. Will definitely use again.
