Description of Work: MInstalled tv receivers, internet modem and home phone hook up. The technician was very polite and friendly and knew what he was doing .... No complaints about him at all. It's the actual service itself that is questionable; such as inconsistent internet connection, old and clunky receivers and not the best television viewing options

 + 1 moreInternet was finally fixed after months of problems. Good technician and good service. Unlike other times, no problems with phone support or with showing up at the wrong time.
Description of Work: Wrote a bad review a while back before due to bad experiences with Internet. We finally got it fixed with a good technician and all is well.. Phone customer service is still not great, but we are happy with what we have now and our most recent experience.

 + 1 moreI have had an overall good experience with them. They are the only cable that we can have here, so there is no competition unless you want to go to satellite. Their TV goes out in bad weather. The Internet that they have is great.
Description of Work: Our phone service is with Baja Broadband and they are through the cable. They do cable, phone and Internet and it is all connected together.
