TURF CUTS

Have been using Turf Cuts for lawn mowing for last 3 summers. They have provided good service in the past. However, this time they did not even show up. Worse, when I made three inquiries, I got no response at all. They provide no number for phone contact and hide behind a P.O. Box, so there is no way to contact them outside of a submission form on their web site (or by mail to the P.O Box, I guess). If you make an inquiry and get no response there is nothing you can do. Also, all they do is mow. They don't aerate, fertilize or provide any other yard service, just mowing and that's it.

They are a weekly lawn cutting service.  They came out once a week and cut our lawn, front and back yard, until the end of October.  I gave NA for several responses only because its a hands off service.  Other than calling to set up a weekly service time for the summer, you don't see or talk with anyone. |I was happy to not have to mow a lawn since we don't have a lawn mower.  It certainly got the job done.  They did leave a bag of grass clippings in the yard once, but we mentioned it, and it was gone the next time they came by and mowed.  They also every once in a while leave the back gate open, and the dogs can get out. But overall it is a good service.

They are on time and they have done a good job. They seem to be hardworking.

This is our second year using Turf Cuts.  Last year (Summer, 2011), we found them to be punctual, they did a wonderful job and were easy to deal with.  
Based on our experiences last year, we again hired them to come back and mow our lawn weekly.  While they are mowing the lawn every week, they arrive at different times throughout our assigned day.  For most customers, this isn't an issue. However, this has been challenging as we have a dog and must keep him inside on days mowing days - if they were to come in a general time frame regularly, this would help.
We have had a few minor concerns.  We contacted Turf Cuts via email and received an email response and a resolution the following day.  We were impressed how quickly the company responded to our issues and remedied them.  
Overall, we've been pleased.

You can have them come when ever you want. They will also call and let you know if they are not going to make it and why. They are very professional.
