Great. No complaints.

From start to finish it was a great experience.  They came out to estimate the job, brought many pictures and samples, and helped determine a very good layout for our kitchen.  Definitely low pressure, but since it was exactly what we were looking for with highest quality we decided to go with them.  They were able to produce and deliver the custom made drawers ahead of schedule, and the installation went very quickly and smoothly.  Now that we've been using them for over a month we can still say that it was a really great investment.  It has made the space in our kitchen so much more accessible and easy to use.

They did a great job, were done in about 6 hours.

Company is DBA Shelves 2 Drawers. Jim Roach, owner, was very informative. Estimate was timely. Discounted work to match competitor. Had creative solutions to cupboard problems. Installation was on time and professional. Would use again.

They did some work also.  Their name is kind of misleading.  Shelves 2 Drawers is the new name and they might have taken over this company.  I dealt specifically with Jim Roach, the Sales Manager.  They came out did some work in the kitchen.   They took the original drawers that came with the house, and I  had them put different hardware on them so that they would slide out so that you could use the whole drawer.  They did an excellent job also.  I guess I have just been very lucky with the people that I had come out.  They did this to about 17 drawers so they would be much stronger and durable and useable.  They were on schedule and they were here on time and did the work in one day.  I like the way they work now, we have access to the complete drawer.  They did the work in one day in probably 5 hours.  We had spoken with another group and their pricing was way out of line.  The only change in the price was due to a request on my part for something additional so I cannot fault him for that.  That was a decision I made.   I would use them again in the future. 

I was more than pleased with the interaction with Jim Roach.

Being very prompt and professional is just two of the many qualities I enjoyed. They were great people and they do good quality work. They cleaned up very well after themselves and I would highly recommend them.
