"In most case's a negative review can actually be a good thing! Bad reviews tell us things about our business where we may need to improve, it also gives us a chance to make things right with the consumer. This is our companies first bad review in 3-1/2 years, In this particular review the persons did not use our services at all but, were merely involved in a traffic accident with one of our employee's. Unfortunately, the police did not issue either party a ticket nor did they file a report. As the owner of the company, I told these people I would do what I could to help. The police were no help and after my employee's submitted they're testimony the insurance company refused to pay. I believe the only thing that would make them happy is for me to just give them money, regardless of what the police did, my employee's claim happened and what my insurance company recommended. These people have been harassing me and my employee's and have threatened to post as many bad reviews and tell everyone how dishonest we are, unless we change our story or pay for the damages. I don't think they realize our company also had repairs and down time that cost us a substantial amount as well. I have heard both sides of the story, it sounds to me that neither party was necessarily at fault here. I believe that they think they are in the right, and because we're a business, we have money and we should just pay up. This is not fair that someone can post a review like this, I've worked very hard to get this business where it is today, have put my blood, sweet and tears into my company. I know we are honest people and we provide a great service! I'm sure they are upset about the incident, I was as well! It's just a shame that Angie's List is refusing to remove this review. There is nothing I can do in this situation to make them happy, except for to pay them money that I don't believe is money owed to them."
