Interlocking Paver Service
We hired KC Outdoor for a backyard patio project and have been completely disappointed. The work took far longer than promised, and the finished product was of poor quality, with cracks appearing shortly after completion. We have reached out countless times over this past year, but every response has been an empty promise with no effort to fix the issues. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend KC Outdoor. We hired them for a project costing nearly $15k. They did not complete all of the items in the contract. We reached out numerous times with questions and concerns. They offered a non-detailed 6 month warranty, but this does not resolve the issues and they still have not answered our questions. Note: Home Advisor does not list installation of natural grass as one of their categories for this contractor.

Mike was great to work with. He implemented our retaining wall design and helped us improve it for the soil and erosion conditions that existed in our backyard. He, Tom, and Kelsey were professional, kind, and hardworking. They were trustworthy and showed up when they said they would. We highly them for their landscaping/excavating/building services.
