GROUND FORCE LANDSCAPES

We did not run the sprinklers last year when we bought the home because it was becoming winter. When we turned on the sprinklers this spring, they were not coming on at the right times so we fiddled with the timer and got it even more out of whack. So, we called Ground Force for help. Rod helped us over the phone but that did not work out well for whatever reason. He came by and set everything up the way it should be and our lawn is turning green again. Let me say first that Rod is great - Very helpful, Very friendly, Very professional and based on his service I would recommend them all day long. However, gal in the office, I think, needs to fix something. I think they should answer the phone when people call rather than the caller having to leave a message and then get a call back. When I first started calling for help, I would never get a human on the line - only a "leave a message" recording. I don't like leaving my info and waiting for a call back so I just kept calling few times over the next several days and I still got the message machine. At first I thought I was just calling at all the wrong times. In frustration, I finally left a message (probably too sternly) with my phone number. The lady called back and apologized for not answering the phone. She said the reason she does not answer the phone is because too many people are trying to sell stuff to her. That may be fine for her, but I think that's not really too great for folks who just want to talk with a person right away and don't know their rules that you have to leave a message to get to communicate with them.
