As he was attaching the new thermostat, he dropped the wire down the wall and could not retrieve. He then cut a hole in the wall to retrieve the wire. He claimed responsibility for the hole in the wall and said he would fix it, but never was true to his word. I had to hire someone else to have the hole fixed.
