When we were looking at dates to schedule the service, Dustless Hardwood was booking about two weeks out. Because of the holidays, we selected a date about a month out. About 5 days before our scheduled service, Dustless called to ask if we would mind bumping back our project by 3 days. I got the impression that if the new dates didn't work for us, they would have tried to honor the original dates. Because the new dates actually worked better for us, we accepted the change and we accepted Dustless Hardwood's offer to help move our furniture because of the change of dates. (Nice customer service").
The refinishing process took 3 days. The person who did the work, Jeremy, was friendly and professional. He described the process in detail including information about how much dust would be created (not much) and how long we would probably have to be out of the house (2 hours on the second day, 3 hours on the third day). Everything went exactly as Jeremy described. The dust buildup in the house was minimal, the fumes of the water based finish we selected was not bad and we only had to stay out of the house as long as it took to go to dinner do some grocery shopping! The floors look amazing.
All in all, our experience with Dustless Hardwood was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend.
